We lost our baby, and it was very difficult. They were very understanding, consoled me through my blubbering, and made me feel at ease, and that our furbaby was taken care of in the best possible way. They even picked her up, and took the urn and ash locket to fill them for us. They'll also bring her home when she's ready to come home. I would recommend them 1000000%! They made a very sad time in our lives a bit easier, and I appreciate it so very much.
