From the moment I dropped off my fur baby to the minute I picked her up, the staff was compassionate, respectful, and supportive. This process was incredibly hard for me, but they truly made it easier every step of the way. They offer so many thoughtful services and options, and you can tell they genuinely care about the families they serve. I’m very grateful for the kindness they showed during such a difficult time and would definitely recommend this place to anyone facing the loss of a beloved pet.🐾

We lost our beloved " Max " alias Mei, Mei on Sep 29th 2025. My husband Robert Reyes & myself Leticia Weaver- Reyes , would like express with deep graditude to Chad Getz & staff for their compassion, kindness & respect that was giving to us during this difficult time. Our Max , was a rescue from the Euthanize list at our local shelter. We were honored with the most grateful, smart & loving German Shepard pet God blessed us for 4 yrs . Always in hearts 💕 until we meet again! Mei, Mei, you are deeply missed 😢 💔

I really appreciate forever friends. I walked in last week after an unexpected death of my sweet Daria. I was a crying, slobbering mess. They were very gentle and even took her out of the car for me so I didn’t have to carry her in. So respectful and caring. It made my unfortunate and sad experience a little bit easier.

Absolutely disgusting with this place. I drove from El Paso because they offered nose prints. I could’ve paired $155 in El Paso. I drove here paid $260 on a Saturday and was called Thursday to be told “due to her condition the nose prints won’t be made” do not bring the doggy you love here. They will be left in the garage to rot.
