Forest Heights Veterinary Clinic

I brought my cat in for a dental cleaning. Several large molars were removed, and my 12 year old cat was sent home with NSAIDs alone. The following 2 days he experienced progressive facial swelling drooling and lethargy. I called the clinic over the weekend - no calls back until Monday morning. Disappointing to operate on a patient for $1500 procedure and not even provide phone coverage despite many invitations to call for “any problem”. Brought to emergency vet who diagnosed severely under treated pain, wound infection and suture dehiscence. Follow up call from front desk person Monday morning “sounds like he’s fine now” (zero follow up from veterinarian. If a patient of mine ended up in the ER immediately following a procedure of mine I would have called to personally follow up closely.

I took my many cats there for over a decade. They were always compassionate and great with the cats. They really took good care of them. When one fell ill, they even stayed open late after I called so that I could bring her in. I definitely recommend them

I had taken my pets to Forest Heights for eight years before recently relocating to Seattle. They were originally recommended to me because they neutered my rescue cat before I adopted him and I figured they were a good vet to go to. Little did I know how much of an impact and experience they would provide for my pets and myself. For the normal care, they were always compassionate and honest. However, it was in 2020 when I had to let my pup cross the rainbow bridge that I truly knew how amazing they were. We have had an amazing experience at the Forest Heights Vet! After an awful experience at another local vet, where we were severely misquoted for a surgery, we are so grateful to have found this amazing clinic. The vet techs are so helpful and accommodating. They are very sweet and give my dog Donnie so much love each visit! The Vet Lyn is super knowledgeable and funny. She made our experience a delightful one. We will continue to come back and recommend this clinic to everyone!
