Dr. Gottfredson and Aishya were absolutely exceptional. After my dog was injured in a barbed wire accident, they stepped in quickly and handled everything with professionalism and care. The suturing was done efficiently and cleanly, and you can tell they take real pride in their work. Beyond their skill, they were calm, kind, and genuinely pleasant to work with during a stressful situation. They explained what they were doing, treated my dog with compassion, and made the whole experience feel manageable. I am incredibly grateful for their expertise and the level of care they provided. I would trust them again without hesitation and highly recommend them to anyone needing prompt, high-quality veterinary care.

If I could give more stras I most definitely would! Allen Gotfredon you have one heck of a gift! Recently my daughter had to say good-bye to her childhood friend of 15 years, Bear. Allen, your bedside manner and compassion is utterly, amazing! I was so touched by the way you told my daughter the process that was going to happen. Continuing to inform and talk her through the entire process. I have barley words with a lump in my throat and tears in my eyes to say a smiple thank you as you helped us send Bear Dog to the peace he so much deserved. I showed up with no appointment and a bleeding dog as a new client. They took me right in and even though the doctor was unavailable the office staff (Mom and daughter team) cleaned my dog's wound, dressed it and tried to find another vet in town to help me out. It's refreshing to deal with people who actually care about the animals and people that come to them for help. Thank you!!
