Absolutely the best grooming salon in Conejo Valley! Natalie was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly loves what she does. I felt comfortable leaving my anxious and loud mouthed dachshund here after going over services that will be provided and estimated pick up time. Natalie offered tips and products to help my dogs anxiety when left at the salon and no kidding i could see a difference immediately. 12/10!!! Venus smells great, and looks well groomed. 💗

We moved and were looking for a groomer for our 3 year old Cockapoo. I did a lot of research online for groomers in our area and I’m so glad we went with Fluff City Pet Spa. They knew exactly what we wanted and treated us and our fur baby so kindly. When we picked up our dog, he was so happy and calm and that told me so much about his experience there. The little report they send out after was so cute and informative. Thank you for taking care of our little guy! Happy we found our new groomers!

Heather was amazing/kind and did a wonderful job on taking care of my puppy and made her look beautiful. We walked by to see how she was doing (she doesn’t like face grooming) and she was wagging her tail enjoying her time.

Natalie did a wonderful job on my little terrier mix ( who was over due for her trim)it was our first visit and we will definitely be coming back!

Give them a try! Great place. We brought our two dogs (Wilbur and Wiley) here recently and I was very pleased with the experience. The staff were very friendly when I came in, and took great care of the pups. Our older dog is a bit grumpy and has a tough time at the groomer, but they did a great job getting him looking and feeling good! We will be back.
