My family and I had an amazing experience at this clinic tonight. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, patient, and genuinely caring. Everyone in the lobby greeted us and our pup with warm, welcoming smiles. The vet went above and beyond, she was incredibly thorough, explained everything clearly and left the floor open to any questions. We did not leave feeling judged, or stupid for any of the questions we asked. Her and her tech treated my dog with such kindness and compassion, we were genuinely shocked by the response as we have had some bad vet experiences in the past. This was the complete opposite; I truly felt my dog was in the best hands. Even my dog was at ease, which is not common for him around strangers. The staff is so welcoming and nice. They make me feel incredibly comfortable when I have questions and treat my babies so well. They always take what is normally a stressful experience for me and my puppies and make it calming, welcoming, and simple. I am so blessed to have found this vet and can’t imagine more trusting, capable people to work with my babies.

Not the same friendly/informative place they used to be 5 years ago when we first used them. When we arrived no one greeted us for over 5 minutes...had to run back to the car. Upon returning still 6 plus works around, but no greeting for an additional 5 plus minutes. Smelled terrible and felt rushed with our new puppy. Additionally, my questions about car riding not addressed while other questions asked were dismissed as if more of a burden. They had an emergency and said they were running behind. No biggie, but we spent more time with the techs than the doctor for a first visit??? We absolutely recommend them to everyone we came in contact with before this visit. I brought my dog, Molly, here the morning after an urgent care visit for stroke-like symptoms, as instructed. I was deeply concerned her sudden vestibular symptoms (constant nystagmus, loss of balance, inability to walk, vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, disorientation) were related to an American dog tick bite weeks earlier — all classic signs of RMSF. Dr. Pignatello repeatedly dismissed this, insisting the tick bite and symptoms were “purely coincidental” and that Molly only had “old dog syndrome.” I was told a tick panel was unnecessary and would only be sent to “ease my mind.” Despite my concerns, no treatment was started. The NC State tick panel took an entire month to return — confirming Molly did have RMSF, a potentially fatal disease. During that month, Molly suffered without treatme

All of the staff are wonderful folks. You can really tell that they all care so much about your animal children! They also have very extensive (therefore convenient) hours!
