Flossy Pet Pawlor

I absolutely love bringing my dog here! The owners do such a great job whenever I bring him, and they’re exceptionally kind as well. My pup always comes back smelling so nice and clean, and they always put the cutest bandanas on him :). Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Flossy Pet Parlour. They do an exceptional job, and both of my dogs genuinely love going there to be groomed. The first time my older dog went to Flossy, she had already had so many negative grooming experiences that she was trembling. Where I once had to drag her to other groomers, she now pulls toward Flossy with excitement. My younger dog is even more in love—she adores everyone there and starts jumping with glee as soon as we get close. I am so grateful that all of her grooming experiences have been with such a kind, patient team. Even though we’ve moved a subway transfer away, we plan to keep bringing our dogs to Flossy for as long as we’re in New York City. They truly are that amazing.

Brought in Mr tang tang for a matted makeover and they did not disappoint with the results!! He can be kind of aggressive and protective but they were very understanding and assured me they are not new to dealing with dogs with such a demeanor. They were also very flexible with rescheduling so I could pride his up to date shots in advance. They were very thorough and took the time to de-Matt him. They got all of his matts out, didn’t have to fully shave him, and gave him the length of hair requested. He looks so cute, smells so good, and was so happy when he left the salon. I could tell they are pros at dealing with dogs and hair of all types and I felt very comfortable leaving him with them for his appointment. Best experience! For context, my dog is 11 years old, blind, diabetic and strongly dislikes the groomer. I just moved to Fort Greene and chose this place based on the reviews - the 5 star rating is SO well deserved! My dog got 1:1 care, his haircut was the best he's ever gotten, the groomer is incredibly nice and it's cold outside... so they gave him a jacket... how thoughtful is that! Will absolutely be returning and thankful Google reviews led me here.

As a new dog owner I am always very careful about where to take my dog for any services. I came to Flossy pet parlor for the very first time back in March. I have never gone any where else since. I trust the crew at flossy pet pawlor to take care of my dog, and always have her coming out looking adorable and smelling even better. I love that they give a printed scarf around her neck when she does her big reveal on the pick up. It makes me happy every time. I’ve recommended my aunt to this business. She actually booked, and has her first appointment tomorrow. Again would recommend to everyone! You won’t be disappointed.
