Floss' Grooming

We are incredibly happy with Floss' Grooming. Gina does such a great job with our long haired Rottweiler mix. Bonita can be very anxious and reactive. They gladly took her on when others have turned us away. She comes home happy and looks and smells amazing. Thank you!

Kim took care of our 17 week old puppy's first grooming and it was perfect! I felt so comfortable discussing the look we wanted, and she did it perfectly! Plus, our baby was so comfortable with the staff. Such a great place!

I was in search of a new groomer closer to home when our reg groomer that we traveled over an hour to get to in Westchester, PA did not have openings for 4 of my pups to be done on the same day---they were booked too far out. 2 of my 4 dogs are fearful reactive and needed a very experienced groomer that was super patient and understanding. While one has been groomed many times before without incident, the other was recommended to be sedated and medically groomed, which is super expensive and I also did not want to put her through that each time she needed to be groomed. I had seen a post on Floss with a few mentioning her experiences with fearful rescue dogs, Floss was also closer to home which was an added bonus. They took such good care of my big girl, and I can't understate how happy that makes me. My Lily is a big girl, 170 pounds, and can be stubborn! But the great folks at Floss treated her like a princess and she came out looking absolutely beautiful :) I wouldn't go any place else!
