Florence Pet Wash

Just brought my dog here to wash her. The water pressure is not very good and they do not have a good selection of soap. There was not nearly enough soap coming out of the water. Good enough for just a quick rinse and clean but not much more. The dryer works amazing tho. They do have a ramp which is also nice.

The owner needs to take more pride in the facility and customers need to stop being so lazy and clean the tub AND drain after washing their pets. We had to spend a few moments getting it semi clean to wash our dogs. The pressure is awfully low and there is barely any soap coming out. For $10 is it worth it? I give it 3 stars because it worked as a quick half hearted clean.

I came to this car wash at 730 not knowing that it opened from 8-8. Which was fine I'll just wait. The owner or whomever looked at me and I knew instantly "problem ". I went to open the door at 8 it was locked and he decided to clean the room at this time knowing I had been waiting for the half an hour. Money is green it has no color. Because I'm a person of color I won't be going back to this establishment. As you see I'm really trying hard to put this review nicely.

Have used this place for years. Pros: has a ramp for dog to walk up & you can chain so they're not jumping off the table. Good selection of soaps, improved dryer air strength. Cons: no one answers phone to check if working or not, other customers leave dirty but easy to clean using built in disinfectant.

I have always brought my dogs here to this dog wash and have had good luck in the past, but this time there’s no way to rinse my dogs off soap keeps coming out of the rinse and it’s very frustrating so I guess I’ll be taking soapy dogs home!
