I worked with Danielle and Greg with the TNR program. They were FABULOUS! They took time to answer all my questions. They gave me detailed information on what to do and how the process would go. These are people who genuinely care about the feral cats where no one else does. Thank you Danielle and Greg!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Everyone was kind and helpful even when I needed a little extra help from them to get approval from my apartment complex. The employees and volunteers really care for the animals. They are fighting a never ending up hill battle with limited funds so keep that in mind. If you are looking for an addition to your family, this is a great place to find them.

I was supposed to get a dog from here my dad and his friend went there at first things were going okay they said they was going to get back to me 2 days later about the dog, never received an email or an call. I ended up calling someone said they don’t know what the hold up was and they were going to see why it was taking so long never heard back mind you this was in September!!! It’s now November and I see that someone has adopted the dog last week but nobody ever got back to me, I don’t wanna say it was off of color but definitely weird.

I’m beyond angry and disappointed with how this place operates. I called several times about adopting a dog, was told it just needed to be neutered and that I’d hear back in a few days. I waited, checked in, and never got a single update. Then I find out they gave the dog to someone else even though they KNEW I was already waiting and interested. That’s not just unprofessional, it’s downright shady. The way this whole thing was handled made me feel completely dismissed and profiled. It’s disgusting to think a place that’s supposed to care about finding good homes for animals treats people this way. If this is how they run things, I wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their time or emotions here.

Staff explained the adoption process and were very friendly. I was able to go back on my own to meet the available kitties. The online process for application to adopt is easy and the staff responded to my application within 2 days and we are happily adopting!
