Floors Galore

They left me hanging after taking measurements and would not answer phones, texts or voicemails. I don’t know what happened but they lost a cash paying customer. I desperately needed two rooms of carpet installed and was led on for a week. I had no choice but to get someone else to do my carpet installation. Nice friendly people, must be all booked up.

Owner (Stan) was nice til we needed "service after the sale". We had never really dealt with him and we definitely won't deal with him ever again.

Was greeted immediately and treated with care and respect. Truly enjoyed my shopping experience here. It was over so quick, I chose the flooring, they cut and delivered. What more could I ask for? I can complete my project today. Thanks Floors Galore!

This review is based on customer service only. I have yet to purchase flooring. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was able to take a sample home so I can pick out what color I like. I'm still shopping around at the moment but will probably purchase from them in the end.
