I had my floors done by Floormart Inc, Palmer, Ma a couple of years ago. From the start I had problems with the floor. I choose Mannington ADURA®MAX LUXURY VINYL This was one of the most expensive floors that they carried. The man that came to install brought with him a younger man that he was training to become an installer. He did a lot of moving the flooring to each room and moving furniture. But the second day the main installer allowed him to install my kitchen by himself. That is the room I have had continuous issues with. The last time he came out he used superglue in the areas that were separating. It left marks in the surrounding boards. Within a month the spaces returned and since then several others including two that were over 1/4”. It is also separating on the long edge w

This is my 2nd time going to see Jim. We carpeted a couple of rooms a couple of years ago. Jim is very knowledgeable and accommodating. So we returned a couple of days ago to have him do the last room and closet. I would refer them to Floormart.

Jim was very professional. Measured right after I chose my carpet. The estimate was very reasonable compared to other quotes I had received. He actually was able to fit me in before my scheduled installation date. The installers were courteous and professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend Jim and Floormart.

Went to Floormart for an estimate for vinyl kitchen flooring. Both the estimate and the work was done timely. Jim was so easy to deal with. The completed job came out great and the price was very reasonable compared to other local companies! Would definitely use them again for my next flooring project.

A family friend had recommend Floormart, Inc. to us for our flooring needs. Jim Hoag, president was whom we dealt with and he was outstanding in his job. He asked questions to fully understand what our goals were as well as any preferences in product manufactures we had. He gave us plenty of options and answered questions we had on the various products. He was very laid back and personable man, allowing us to make our choices in both carpet and vinyl floor coverings. Due to the size of the renovation project we were doing, his installers had to come out 2 different times as directed by the general contractor. His installers were top notch, professional, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job both times. I look forward to dealing with them again in the near future. In my opinion,
