Danny and his team are amazing - they really do go above and beyond in every phase of the process to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied. From selecting the type of flooring, to then color, size, etc., to then coordinating the timeline (and all my questions even after the fact). The installers were timely, friendly and kept me posted periodically throughout the job on their progress. Danny is super responsive and helpful as well throughout the process, and was actually able to put me in touch with some additional contacts/contractors for other work I needed done at my home. Flooring USA was the absolute best company I have worked with period. After only 2 months after purchasing my home, we had a water leak that damaged pretty much all of my floors. I requested a quote and Danny came out the very next day. He did such an amazing job and explained the whole process to make things easier and had us scheduled to replace the floors right away. I had tile and carpet installed (great selection, quality and price) and everyone that came out was professional and did exceptional work. Even though the process of having to go through a leak and having to replace everything was stressful, Danny was in touch constantly and even gave us a price break which really eased our stress and made this whole ordeal a little less painful. I am fairly new to the Lakeland area so when it comes to needing trade work I do my research. Flooring USA had high marks when it came to service and affordability. A short trip to the Lakeland location located near Lake Morton was all it took. I was able to find just what I needed and complete my purchase the same day. My installer, Don, was right on time. They were neat and clean and did a wonderful job in our upstairs movie room. I would recommend. Customer service was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great process for a complete older home floor redo. Some joist repair and from the ground up leveling so LVP can go into an older home with years of settling. Amazing work and the onsite guys worked with me every step of the way and worked very hard to hit a tight deadline. Great experience. Danny, the owner, was also the only guy to come out and really know what needed to be done, then followed up with a great price. Cannot recommend going with Flooring USA more. PS, this saved us from having to spend over 20k on a complete foundation redo just to have level floor.

Flooring USA was fantastic to work with on my large flooring job (which also included a small demo job and drywall work). They were professional from the moment I walked into the showroom in Valrico to the final clean up/walk through. Every crew was thoughtful and thorough! So refreshing to find such an amazing company that did what they said and still impressed me. I would highly recommend Danny and his team for any flooring job and more.💯
