I highly recommend this place to anyone that has a fur baby. They have groomed my poodle Charlie for 2 years. I could not imagine taking him anywhere else! An added bonus….they make their picture whatever season it is!
Luna loves this place! And they love her! They always do a wonderful job on her hair cuts and treat her so well! I have been using them for a year or so now! Very pleasant staff 🥰

My sweet Fancy has been going here since she was 6 weeks old and she is now 12. They are so good to her and our precious Lucy. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. If your looking for a place to take your pet you can trust you have found it.
Finally a salon in New Albany that grooms big dogs! Most local groomers I've looked into only groom tiny dogs and I was forced to drive over 30 miles to a groomer in another town. My dogs get very stressed during long car rides, so it's nice to have a place 5 minutes down the road. I highly recommend Flawless Pet Salon. They did an excellent job on both my dogs! My Aussie was BRIGHT white when I picked him up!
