Saved my baby Earlier this year my sweet baby had a terrible occurrence. She was in bad shape when we took her there, leg hanging off, huge chest wound, ear punctured. Didnt known if she would make it. The doctors there are skilled and educated physicians who will try their best to do what they can. I went every day sometimes twice a day to go sit in the kennel with Lotus. Shout out to the vet techs who keep the overnight patients. I watched them sit in kennels, hold puppies, give them lots of love, sweet talk them. Nothing but love and care in that room. After a leg amputation, woundvac, a LOT of stitches, here we are. Unfortunately we had to put down our sweet baby Cosmos at 12 in the morning the other day. The staff and vet set up was incredible. They had a very private comfortable room we got to use instead of the usual sterile vet room that I’m used to when I have to put a pet down. So grateful for their compassion and overall experience here. Would highly recommend!

I was referred to this office for my cat by my vet back home just for an outpatient abdominal ultrasound procedure. It was easy to schedule the appointment; however, during drop-off, they seemed confused about the referral even though my vet had sent over the referral yesterday evening and despite my talking to them on the phone the day before. I even talked to the vet tech. who would assisting with the ultrasound. When I went to pick my cat up, I asked for notes or any news/reports on my cat's ultrasound. The girl at the front desk, who was extremely nice and polite, said that she did not see anything in her computer about my cat. I had to have my cat put down today on a Sunday. Every emergency vet was unaffordable and rude when I called. They were full of compassion and half the price of any other emergency vet. They gave me all the time I wanted and were super patient with me. This was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do but they made it as easy as they possibly could for me. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going through what I did and needing to take there pet on a weekend.

I've been here for emergency treatment for my Luna and eyelid surgery for her also. Surgery went well and I was satisfied. During the emergency visit for a broken leg they suggested rods or amputation. Note this was at 2am and I told them I will take her to my vet the next day, they tried to force me to get 2 weeks worth of medicine ($200) when my vet may or may not agree. I felt they were forcing meds just trying to make money. Luna's brother now needs the same surgery but only on 1 eye. So to CVS I go and they give me the same price for 1 eye as for 2. I ask why and they say that's how the price this procedure. I shopped around and other places charge half of what CVS charges. My opinion is that this practice is more concerned with profits than medical attention.
