I had my male beagle neutered here, along with his vaccines and a nail trim, and the entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. The staff was so friendly, patient, and genuinely caring. They took the time to answer my questions and made me feel completely comfortable leaving him in their hands. I especially appreciated that they called me as soon as he was out of surgery to give me an update that meant so much and really eased my nerves. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole process felt organized and professional. On top of that, the pricing truly can’t be beat. For the level of care and service they provide, it’s an incredible value. Don’t let the waitlist scare you it is absolutely worth it. I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing spay/neuter services! 🐶💙

I can't say enough good things about this place. The people here are very knowledgeable and friendly. I've been trying to socialize some outdoor stray cats, and took them to get them fixed here, and they walked me through everything and explained things thoroughly. You can tell everyone there deeply cares about animals, which made me feel better coming here. I live in Hampton, but coming here was worth the trip. I made the appointment online, called when I had questions, and weeks later ended up dropping them off around 7:40am-8am, then they called me to tell me my boys were done, then we went to pick them up at 4:15pm. Don't hesitate to make your appointment here, it's definitely worth it
