Sharing in case it helps others. I tried Five Star Veterinary Center for my dog’s annual exam, nail trim, and allergies. I would not recommend it. The overall issue was data quality and follow-through. Information captured during intake was incorrect, degraded immediately, and the vet worked from it as fact without asking questions or verifying details with me. This was my dog’s annual exam and it was not thorough. The vet (EL) attempted to listen to his heart, got annoyed that he was panting, stopped listening after 2 tries and did not try again. There was no exam of his lungs, back, legs, abdomen, ears, or teeth. I left so unsure whether proper care was given that I’m taking him to another vet for his annual. Only three of four paws were trimmed. They’re not able to track basic detai

Same day appt. No wait at reception. Staff was courteous and friendly. Dr. G literally sat on the floor to talk my 8 year old lab who had an ear infection. Warm, kind people! Great medical care and very affordable. We are switching vets and going there full time!

I loved this Vet! He was very kind and got down on the floor to introduce himself and interact with my pup. He also gave me some practical advice for her health and was very professional! The staff was also very kind and helpful. Thank you all for taking good care of Suki!
