This is the best place for crickets, I couldn’t recommend them enough! Shipments are prompt and speedy, ordering local means I never have to worry about deliveries being dead on arrival, an issue I had too frequently with big brands like Josh’s Frogs. What’s even better; Five Points has a climate controlled shed for customer pickup! This is huge for me in the winter months when delivery isn’t an easy option with my schedule. I also want to shout out Lynn for always being available to answer me the few times I’ve had questions. She and her crew have absolutely made me a loyal customer 😁

Ordered crickets for pick up, got an email confirmation and order number. Arrived to pick up, order NOT here. Can’t call because nobody is in the office. It’s over an hour drive, and I did it for nothing

Received a box full of dead crickets. Customer service is totally lacking at this place. Take your business elsewhere or waste your money.

My crickets arrived on time and not a single one dead. I got the amount I asked. This is my second time ordering and both have exceeded my expectations. Will be ordering from them for both my reptiles. The prices are very good and you save a ton of money than going to the pet store. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase
