I am so lucky to have this place in our town. They have the absolute best staff. They are accommodating and willing to work with you regarding your pets. My snake went on an absolute hiatus with eating and they were more than helpful with my situation. I am so grateful for this place.

My fiancé and I stopped by for the first time today and we were very impressed! The person on staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Even though we didn’t end up buying a pet today, we will definitely be back for a pet in the future once we do a bit more research. The dog in the shop was also very friendly. Great experience overall.

I will absolutely recommend this place to all my friends and family. I have been going here for well over 5 years. They are the only local pet store in the area without going to Oneonta or Albany, so it’s very convenient to come here for all my pet needs. The owners are very knowledgeable and have no problem educating you on anything you may want to know. I have mainly been purchasing crickets for my reptiles, but just recently bought a ball python from them as well. The pricing was very fair and he gave me the whole run down on the proper care and necessities for it. This place will have forever have my business for as long as it’s open!

Poor customer service! The guy waited on everyone who came in AFTER me when I told him I knew exactly what I wanted. It seems the 2 women that walked in well after I did needed more attention than me, the woman who was standing in his store for 25 minutes. There was 1 person in there when I walked in. 3 sets of folks came in after me & were immediately tended to. Lost my business for life, BIG mistake, I buy a LOT of pet supplies WEEKLY! This is an example of why people just shop bigger stores. I always shop local when I can, but in this case, I've had better service at PetSmart, what a shame.
