Lauren has been absolutely amazing and fantastic to work with our little rescue pup, Mango. She is incredibly patient, friendly, nice, and makes training fun not only for the dog, but for the humans as well. Her email notes are super helpful since it may be difficult to remember every little detail from session. Since starting with Lauren, we have seen significant progress in all of the original behaviors that prompted us to contact Lauren. I recommend her for anyone who needs training in the Savannah area! P.S: Our dog LOVES Lauren. Surely she will miss seeing her around!

It always breaks my heart to write a terrible review for a small business. I wish I could speak to Lauren's skills as a trainer but I couldn't even tell you since we never met. To start I need to make an appointment for a call to make an appointment. I don't know if this is a tactic to pretend she is busier than she is but its an added layer of complexity for a busy professional. When we finally did connect, I didn't speak with her directly but rather someone who was covering. Following the call i was still interested despite being turned off on the initial customer experience. I had to follow up several times and ultimately my last email was "I’m really disappointed I haven’t heard back. I reached out weeks ago and don’t have the info I need-this has been a very challenging experie

Fins Animal Training is the absolute best around. Lauren is attentive and truly passionate about building relationships between owners and their pets. We’ve had problems with the works: jumping, nipping, house training, digging, chewing, barking- not any more! She is highly knowledgeable and uses the best technique for your pet, not what may work for someone else. I highly recommend her!
