Dr. Dana Coover and her Partner exceeded every exception that I could have ever imagined. My friends dog sadly had to be put down at the end of last year due to cancer. When I called Dr Coover I asked her why her euthanasia was so cheap compared to others and her response was "because that is not where I want to make money from is other people's pain" and from that moment I knew when my sweet girls time came that I couldn't think of a better person to make the experience as peaceful as possible for my Maggie Moo. Had quite the emergency with our cat Mystery, and was unable to get vet care anywhere around within 40 minutes distance, not even an emergency hospital, because we are not established as clients. We are not established with any vet because Mystery just showed up one day && never left && is more or less an outside farm cat that we got attached to. Anyway, he left for a few days and came home sick. He wouldn't eat, wouldn't drink, and was hiding. I pushed fluids with a syringe, and we almost went the euthanasia route just so he didn't suffer, until we came across Dr. Coover & Allen with Finger Lakes Mobile vet service. Dr. Dana Coover with her Partner showed more compassion and empathy for our family guinea pig Oscar then I could have hoped for. Because of our distance from them doctor she agreed to do what she could over a few phone calls and the assistance was far better then you tube university so to speak. Pointed us in the right direction to help our 7 year old guinea thru his difficult time. We wanted to have her invoice us however, they were completely satisfied with knowing the tips worked, dismissing the offer of a payment. Above and beyond, hard to find these days, thank you very much!

Called them because I needed my dog euthanized. Told me they couldn't help and referred to my dying dog as it multiple times. "We can't help and I'm not sure where you can take it" Don't take anything you live here and tell everyone you know the same.

I have to put a review out to this vet clinic. I have never met a more kind vet and vet tech. I texted them Tuesday about my dog Nala they switched appt around to squeeze her in Wednesday, having never seen her before they came to the house spent time with us went over everything. And yesterday I texted them about her condition they came right away after being in sodus all day. Put her to sleep beautifully allowed us time to say goodbye. I had purchased a kit to get my dogs nose print and well it didn't come in time. The vet tech went and got clay took it upon herself to get the print for me and will be dropping it off to me today. They really went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate them more then they know. They are taking over for dr.darby next to sauders so if anyone needs
