I cannot say enough wonderful things about this animal hospital and the amazing team. When you love a big gentle soul like our English Mastiff, Charlie, and know something isn’t right, it can be heartbreaking. As he grew, we could tell something was off with his eyes, and it weighed heavily on us. Dr. Lane is an exceptional veterinarian. Her kindness, compassion, and genuine care for both animals and their owners truly stand out. Charlie needed entropion surgery twice, and the second round was a complete success. We are beyond grateful. Charlie is back to his happy, playful self again, even chasing butterflies. A huge thank you to Molly, the vet tech, a true animal lover. Brought Chonky in for his appointment and he had an accident on the way, they cleaned him and his carrier up with no issue and gave him excellent care. We bring all of our pets here even though we live about 35 mins away, best vet we've had in a while.

Mixed review (highly recommend Dr. Gregory, not Dr. Lane) Calm and organized office. Poor hours for emergencies. They are gentle and sweet with your pets. The vet techs are amazing angels, although front desk is not friendly but fast and reliable to get you in the office urgently. I’ve had great experiences with Dr. Gregory! She is thorough, knowledgeable, communicative, gentle, and honest. She performed surgeries with my blue heeler and always called with updates, and honesty of how her tumors looked before sending them off. My dog’s last surgery was emergent and Dr. Lane was reliable to work us into her surgery schedule for the next day. However, it was a poor experience with this vet. Switch to this vet because we moved and this was recommended to us. Great experience and they really treat your pet very well. I would recommend this vet to anyone! Excellent service.
