I took my one-year-old Cavapoo for grooming and was beyond shocked to see him completely shaved, from his eyelashes to his tail, with all the hair on his legs gone. While he had some tangles, the groomer clearly chose the easy route of shaving him down instead of spending the time and care to properly work through them. He used to be so cuddly and adorable with his fluffy coat, but now he looks like a completely different dog — and not in a good way. Our poor pup seemed traumatized afterward, and with the weather turning cold, he’s been miserable. The place had good reviews and the staff seemed polite, but the lack of grooming skill and common sense was very disappointing. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

I highly recommend this place! My dog Sarangi always gets groomed here, and it’s truly the best. The staff is always friendly, and my dog loves coming here. The shop is clean, well-maintained, and I always feel comfortable leaving my pup in their care. The grooming quality is consistently amazing — we’re always happy with the results. If you’re looking for a great groomer, this is the place to go!

Love this place and the owner is amazing. She gets it right every time for my pookie. She’s even taken her when I’ve needed last minute grooming and that’s always appreciated. I’m very particular who I leave my dog with because many don’t have the patience but the owner has exceeded any expectations, I trust her work, I don’t even have to tell her what I want anymore and she gets it right each time.

Highly recommended! My Honey smells great days after her grooming day. My dog’s face is harder to groom because she gets feisty but Kate was able to give her a nice cut. I also recently boarded her with Kate and thanks for her patience, my energetic dog was well taken care of. Pricing for grooming and boarding are very reasonable.

I couldn’t be happier with the grooming Pogo received! The cut was absolutely perfect—clean, stylish, and exactly what I asked for. The groomer was professional, gentle, and clearly experienced with poodles. I couldn't recognize when I pick him up. So cute and clean cut. Money worth it. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch grooming!
