Fido & Felix Pet Parlor

Caroline does such an amazing job with our Cavapoo! We have had several bad experiences elsewhere, not producing the look we like. Fido & Felix nails it every time! Our dog Moose is very particular with who he feels comfortable with and can be quite anxious at times, but there haven't been any issues here! They are also great about working with my schedule to get him in. But I highly recommend scheduling out a couple grooms just to secure your spot - they are that good!! I can honestly say that Moose's hair appointments are prioritized over my own!

Would not recommend coming here, we had discussed not putting my high anxiety dog in a crate at all and they still did. He small and never takes long to groom, and after two hours when I hadn’t heard anything I called and they told me they were unable to groom him because they couldn’t get him out of the crate. I immediately went there to get him and by the time I got there he was out of the crate and trembling scared in the corner. Would never go back

I just moved to town and Caroline was booked out for months. She texted me a few days later about an opening due to cancellation. I got my dog in the next day and she did an incredible job making my goldendoodle look beautiful and fresh!

My pup, looks AMAZING!!! He was way overdue and Fido & Felix didn't disappoint. Friendly, reasonable and extremely efficient. Thank you for taking such great care of Gibbs and his family! Before and after, WOW!

This is hands down the best groomer in Ottawa, Sandusky, and Erie County! I will never take my dog anywhere else. They groom him exactly like I ask and my dog loves them. He is always happy to go and they take the absolute best care of him.
