Sabrina and her team are fantastic! I have never had a bad experience here. Her work is exceptional and my dogs love her. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We dropped off our dog at 10:00 am. We gave specific instruction to Sara, that we did not want our Golden Doodle cut like a poodle. We asked for his head and face to be trimmed but not cut short. We did ask for his body to be trimmed shorter due to the warmer months ahead. We were told we would get a phone call within a few hours, but at 3pm still had not heard from them. I arrived at 3:30 to pick up my dog and when I walked in to the shop I told them I was in to pick up my dog. To my surprise he was still on the table but he was unrecognizable. I honestly did not recognize my dog. My heart sank. I made a comment to Sara, and she told me she had to cut him short due to matts. I brush my dog regularly and felt like I was being shamed. Our family has been taking our Australian & German Shepherd to Alisha for over 8 years. She treats our dogs like family and it shows because they always light up and rush over to see her as soon as we enter the building. How your dog reacts to seeing their groomer is everything and Alisha is the best. Her schedule is busy for a reason, she's excellent and her new establishment is clean and orderly. There isn't anyone I'd rather trust with my fur babies than her, this is a fantastic place!

Sarah has been grooming my standard poodle for years and we are so glad to have found her. She and the other groomers there are not only capable, but very knowledgeable in dog health and wellness. My dog is only 5 but has significant arthritis and is less active. Sarah has recommended different options to help alleviate pain and inflammation over the years. She understands his health problems and accommodates them. He always looks and smells great when I pick him up too. Would definitely recommend!
