Felicity's Pet Supplies

The store owner was very knowledgeable about my dog’s needs for enrichment. She recommended a great toy for feeding/enrichment and joint support drops for her old legs. I haven’t tried the drops yet but my dog loves the enrichment toy! I also got to meet sweet Felicity, the store mascot so that was a plus. This store has a lot to offer and Sheena (store owner) is super helpful and an expert!

The absolute best! I visit on a bi-weekly basis to purchase frozen bones for my dogs and Sheena (and the rest of the Felicity’s team) is always so kind, attentive, and helpful! Truly a pleasure when I get the chance to stop in. Sheena was especially helpful recently when a family member stopped in to buy dog bones on my behalf, but couldn’t remember which kind. They mentioned my name and Sheena knew exactly the ones! :-)

I stopped by today for the first time to pickup my two dogs food and I was so blown away by the selection and cleanliness of the store. My dogs struggle with allergies and ear infections and I really want to ensure that I’m feeding them a quality diet. So happy to know about this store now. The staff also could not be friendlier and even greeted my two dogs. They were so nice to give them some affection and even some treats. I even met Felicity, the boss 🐶. What a wonderful experience.

While we don't visit as often as we would like, but Sheena still greets me by name and knows our dog's name. The store has a great selection of high quality food, treats, and toys. Our dog Loki can get a little overstimulated and the staff is so patient when he goes from calm to crazy.

My dog would give it 10 stars if she could for all the free treats she got. They have a nice selection of healthy and fun treats for dogs and cats. They lean all natural so it’s a bit pricey but worth it.
