The general manager Paul, and his employees are the best!! I went there to purchase some items for my tank, and mentioned that I was starting a betta sorority tank, and the manager ordered the koi betta fish that I wanted! Also, I noticed that all of the fish there are well taken care of, and that they don’t die when you take them home like some other places. They have a great selection of plants, beautiful vibrant fish, and great prices! If you’re looking for beautiful fish and plants this is the place to me. Thank you again to everyone who works there! Frannie did the best groom on our mini schnauzer, Minnow, that we have gotten so far. She was kind, professional, and the work was quality. We will definitely come back to her in when it is time for the next groom!

I had such a wonderful experience at Feeders Pet Supply that I felt compelled to leave a review. Right before our Christmas beach trip, my significant other’s HVAC went out, and I needed to find heated kitty pads for her cats — fast. Feeders was the only place that had them in stock, which already earned my gratitude. When I picked up my order, I was helped by Hannah, and she absolutely made my day. She actually had a bird sitting on her shoulder the entire time (no idea what kind, but it was adorable), which naturally sparked a conversation about animals. We ended up chatting for almost 10 minutes about our shared love for pets. She told me about her dogs and even showed me pictures of them — they were unbelievably cute — which then led me to share photos of my significant other’s cats.

i love the selection of products and the prices ! a few months ago, however, i went in to grab some food for my kitten who was having diarrhea. i went to the register to pay for one can of royal canin kitten food and one can of purina kitten food — both for digestive issues. the man checking me out asked if i got a new cat and i said yes. he asked if i wanted any food recommendations and i said sure. to this, he acknowledged my choices and went on to say something along the lines of “brands like that have a lot of fillers and we have a large selection of food that are more natural.” to that i said “well i work at a vet and my vets recommend these brands.” he said “oh you work at a vet? i’m sure you see a lot of purina and royal canin then, yeah, they push those brands a lot.” i just told

This was my first time in this location. I was shopping for a basking lamp for our bearded dragon. And compared to other places that I looked at this location was the only store that had a decent stock. I walked in I was not greeted, but I did ask the young lady at the register where were the basking bulbs located at since this was my first time in. She told me where they were. I walked back up to the front and waited... When it was my turn I asked if they accepted slit payment she said no. So I told her that I wanted to do half in cash and the remainder on card. So I'm not for sure if that's were the frustration lied at or what. But I noticed that she did not ask if I had a rewards account (which I do), but the couple before me was asked...
