Poor living conditions for many of the animals. Humidity, soil moisture and temps aren’t properly monitored causing the animals to live in poor living conditions. Bone dry substrate for animals that thrive in moist substrate, super moist substrate for animals that thrive in drive conditions. Animals, that are far too large to be in the small enclosures they are in also. Most of the tarantulas like the Chaco Gold Knees require dry substrate. They don’t require any moisture to ever be added. Vampire crabs DONT LIVE IN WATER. They require 80% land and a shallow amount of water that absorbs into the sand for them to burrow into. Kayla done a great job as always with Thor. She is great w him and very knowledgeable. She answers any questions we have and is very friendly. She is a very valuable groomer to the Georgetown location.

A few months ago they had an awesome crew, I could go any time of day or any day of the week and have bugs for my reptiles. Now they are always mostly dead and black but still absurd prices or just none in stock, enclosure conditions need attention. But I will always continue to go and save any reptile I can. Just saved a baby from there Saturday!

By far the worst experience I have had. I called to ask about GROOMING, they told me the groomer was booked. I asked about an amazing groomer I heard about they told me she no longer worked there. I heard from another customer the new groomer shaved her dog down to he skin when the dog had very specific instructions. So I went looking for The groomer I heard about thank God I found her. Honeybee Pet Grooming. Her name is Kayla who is listed in reviews all th time. She is the best what ever happened for you guys to loose her I'm very sorry. But ill be going to her salon from now on!!! This store is awful.
