Loved this location!!! Staff was extremely helpful and nice, the location was so nice and big. We went to use the do it yourself dog washing stations and we loved it. We will definitely be back. Our dog also loved the snacks she got that day.

Great store to get what you need for your fury, scally, or slimy family members. You can adopt, which is usually cats mostly...wish they had dogs though but cats need love too. The staff is very knowledgeable and very good at keeping the store and animals well taken care of. So I do recommend this place for those who need anything or need help with any questions or concerns they may have for their pets.

I visited your store today, and bravo. Toni and Devante were exceptionally helpful in giving me advice on how to care for my kitten. They also reminded me about the rewards program for the intuition cat food that my older cats love.

Wash station is a bit wonky. Water pressure problems and the velocity dryer isn't the strongest. I prefer the wash station from Pet supplies plus in Beechmont. Same setup but better, and less expensive. $15 a dog is very expensive compared to $5 at Pet Supplies. My pups left not fully dry. The towels were also heavily stained and gross.

I live down the road from this store and the location is carrying all the weight of the stars I gave it. I can walk or ride my bike here to get stuff for my pets and that’s handy. For the last few months, I have had to go to the back room and extract an employee to ring me out every single time I’m here. Today didn’t break the trend. I showed up with my dog to use the pet wash station (other reviews have already touched on the price and quality but again, location). When I walked in, there was a family with a dog waiting around the front waiting for help and annother else using the pet wash station. No employee in sight. This isn’t my first rodeo here, so I went to the back of the store and tried to find an employee. Sure enough they were in the back and having some should’ve-been-privat
