I cannot say enough good things about Julia and her staff! We have many animals, (and many kinds of animals). So we deal with many needs, and Fechter Pet care, has always been absolutely amazing! I recommend them to everyone! If Julia is not able to perform a special procedure on an animal. Instead of “pretending” she can, she will do her best to help you find the right vet to do the procedure. We feel very blessed by her and her staff!

Dr Fechter is absolutely fabulous. She is very knowledgeable kind and empathetic. Prices for the practice are very reasonable. My Dog Scooby loves her and her staff

They don't seem very friendly. Vet glared at me most of the visit & was condescending. They take your pet from you & perform everything in a backroom without you being allowed to be present which I thought was weird & not a good way to do business. Mine were just getting their flea meds! Most people think of their pets as their children. There is no way I'd allow a stranger to take my small child in a backroom unsupervised but this vet office thinks that's ok to do with your pet. It came off as suspicious & just not friendly at all.

Just terrible he cut 4 out of her almost kissed the 5th one was sewing her up when my wife said there is atleast 5 heartbeats sir on sonograms he unsewed her and found a 5th and pulled it out then he sewed 5 more puppies back up inside my dog that he didnt see? and sent my wife home for my dog to die we had no idea and she started getting sick and had a dead baby come out of her had to have an emergency csection in Eureka and had 2 somehow still alive and 3 of the 5 are dead on arrival and ive called him told him I was recording for legal reasons he said see me in person and hung up ...please no one go here !

Great veterinarian and staff. Prices for services are very reasonable. Spay and neuter few are far less than in the city.
