Dr. Beck and Dr. Waits have been absolutely incredible during one of the most stressful experiences I’ve ever had as a pet owner. My cat suffered a severe burn, and from the very first visit the care, knowledge, and compassion shown by the staff made a huge difference. The veterinarian took the time to explain what she was seeing, reassured me when there were positive signs like healthy granulation tissue, and created a careful plan with frequent rechecks instead of rushing into extreme decisions. The bandaging, wound care, and overall attention to detail have been outstanding. I never felt dismissed or judged—only supported. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and the people who love them. I’m extremely grateful to have my cat in their hands and wouldn’t hesitate to recomm

They misdiagnosed my dog twice in 3 weeks, which led do his death. Had he been diagnosed correctly the first time. He’d still be here with us. I lost my best friend of 11 years, this is something I’ll never forget. If you care about your furry one, Avoid this place at all cost!!!!

This is an amazing animal hospital. The staff is so helpful and caring. I’m so glad I was able to find them through my vet.

Dr. Daryl Waits, Jr. provided exemplary care for my sick 6 month old puppy while we were in the area visiting family. He was able to see us the same day and was compassionate and knowledgeable. He even worked with our local vet to transfer records and ensure we received continuing care when we got home. I would highly recommend this vet clinic.

The people here are pretty friendly and I have no complaints about the few checkups I had for my kitten….i had to take him in for an emergency visit when he was pretty tiny still because he had eaten a foam earplug. I feel scammed out of my money and waisted $200 because the doctor took an ex ray of his stomach and saw nothing,(I didn’t know at the time that it’s well known that foam doesn’t show up on ex rays), and later that night he vomited yo the rest of the foam. The doctor sent us home with some medicine to get things moving through his system, which did I nothing. He could have died and they wouldn’t have done anything about it. I’m very lucky that he threw up the rest of it. Other people I know in town have complaints about negligence as well and pets that have died because of this
