Faulkville Animal Hospital

I was a walk in and very happy I could come in as I had a very sick kitty. But when I got there the lobby was empty but I was not called back. This happened several times. The lobby would fill up, empty and we would still be waiting. It happened so many times had I not been desperate I would have left—I would have asked someone to put my guy in my truck and left. But when we were finally called back we got immediate and almost continuous attention. The aid, para pro, I am sorry i can’t think of the word was out standing as was our young doctor. I am a Dr. Cory fan but this young vet totally got my attention, she is now my second favorite Vet there. She thought, studied, figured, tested until she found the cause of my guy’s illness. The staff here is amazing! My cat Winston got sick, the staff here took incredible care of him. One of the nurses came running out to say goodbye to him when he was leaving. This place truly care about the animals in their care. Unfortunately my cat couldn’t overcome his illnesses and the staff was incredibly professional, answered all my questions, and knew exactly what to say to help me go through this tough time. First time I’ve lost an animal. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you Faulkville animal hospital

We have several pets and recently moved here from NY. I went to a vet that someone recommended (that I won't be returning to.) I found a mention of Faulkville Animal Hospital on a post so I made an appt there. The entire staff, including the physician, was pleasant and knowledgeable. The price list I received as an estimate was more than fair. My entire gang will be going there for care. Love, the entire Cleveland clan 🐶🐶🐶😺😺😺😺

Had to take our beloved cat IQ in when he was sick. We were very happy they offered emergency care to get him seen. We dealt with several different staff members and every single one was so kind and understanding. Unfortunately IQ did not recover and we chose to come back here for his end of life treatment. I felt they were knowledgeable, professional, but so compassionate. We will be taking our other kitty here as their primary vet. Would def recommend.

I'd give 20 stars if I could. Being open until 10 pm for urgent care (and not charging Emergency Room prices-;or even some general vet charges). It was something my girl had never felt and never acted, but the only day I couldn't leave work, period. Then I found them. I was able to get home, get her, and get there, all early but forgot my wallet. But today she's back to normal and I was shocked at how reasonable the prices were AND how genuinely kind the staff was. I was too sleep deprived to remember any names, and as cranky as I was, I loved them then, but I Iove them more now bc my baby seems to be all better!!!! I've already been passing out their cards. Thank you guys SO MUCH
