Brought our mini doxie in for a sore on his ear. Dr. Kristi is ALWAYS prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. She also has fantastic support staff. We drive over 35min just to go to Dr. Kristi Nelson for all of our animals. Thank you for being amazing!

Dr. Kris is the most passionate vet, she saved my kittys leg when my vet wanted to amputate it, Thank You Dr. Kris, your the best..me and Ozzy might have to come see you.. OH and mind you when I had to take Ozzy to my vet, they just had to rxray it..Promo..lol..But they couldn't believe it was even broke/shattered, they said she did the Most Pristine Job they ever saw...So once again..Thank you Dr. Kris for caring, not only for Ozzy but for me to..Love her vet clinic, love the girls, can't wait to see the up grade. ❤️💜💙

Attempted to bring my dog here when he was going into shock after being attacked-I explained on the phone that we were not a current patient but this vet was closest and what happened. They asked to put me on hold. Then they came back and said they were having trouble finding our file-I again explained that we were not currently a patient at that clinic. They proceeded to say they could maybe see us in half an hour-leading me to think they probably didn't listen when I was explaining why he urgently needed to come in. Ended up going elsewhere which was a great move.

We have used this clinic since 2007 with our dogs that are our like children. We have always seen Dr. Kris, but when we had to bring our sweet Pippi in for our final goodbye, she was not working that Saturday. Dr. Pagnotta, who we had never met, was working and he was so kind and compassionate. He gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbye to Pippi. We are so appreciative for his empathy and reassuring words. Thank you to Dr. Pagnotta and Farmington Vet Clinic!❤️🐶🌈

We have always had a good experience here but last week it was time to say goodbye to our cat. The vet explained to us what she was going to do & what to expect and allowed us time to say our goodbyes through tears. Today, we received a card with our cat's nose and paw print with kind words that meant so much.
