Best veterinarian experience I’ve had in Marianna. Dr. Anderson and team provided excellent care for my dog and customer experience for my family today. I called mid-morning with concerns about my dog and they worked me in the same day, with an appointment after a surgery day, which was much appreciated. They patiently evaluated my dog and stayed late to run tests, taking the time to talk me through nutrition, lifestyle, and medication. It is clear that everyone at this family-owned business has a sincere love for animals and the important role they play in our lives. I have been coming to Dr.Anderson for a few years.. He is an excellent vet. Him and his team provide great customer service and take excellent care of my pets. I just recently took my parakeet birds to get their beaks and toes nails cut. He handled them with care and love. He was very gentle with them. I also take my dog to him. Being new to Florida we were in need of a new vet who we could be sure would take care of our 2 pugs as well as our bet in the North. I did some investigations and decided to take Bella there as she was having urinary issues. They did a couple of tests and found that she needed immediate surgery. All the staff as well as Dr. Anderson were very helpful and accommodating Bella did well in surgery however they found a tumor so she would need another surgery for removal. As with the first all staff were caring and helpful and Bella again did very well. That ɓeing said we were very pleased and cannot say enough how grateful and glad we chose them to take care of our furbabies

After canceling my appointment, I continued to receive repeated calls. There was no reason for further contact, as it was clear I would not be returning, and the frequency of the calls began to feel unnecessarily aggressive. While my records were handled appropriately, the persistent outreach was unwelcome. They were even free to keep the deposit I had placed for my pig to be sterilized, yet the calls continued regardless. I gave this clinic the benefit of the doubt and spent thousands of dollars here between my seven animals, but the conduct I experienced felt unrefined and surprisingly low-class for a professional environment. Recently took my Amazon parrot here for a checkup and to have his beak, nails, and wings trimmed. Dr Anderson was so gentle and caring with Uno that it made the whole experience much more pleasant. He was also very happy to answer any of my questions without hesitation. So thankful to have a wonderful vet close to home that takes care of our avian friends.
