Tracey has been a phenomenal sitter to my babes, flexibly taking them in for an indeterminate period once and always providing loving careful attention. My dogs are never so clearly well regulated as when they stay with Tracey and she does a perfect casual Bedlington cut. We have driven hours out of our way to ensure our dogs stay with Tracey and her pack. She was also so very supportive when I lost a senior adoptee a few years ago. All 5 stars and then some!

The first 2 times I took my little guy to be groomed she was wonderful. Since he needs to be groomed often we ran into a challenge with the COVID-19 pandemic. I reached out to Tracy and she advised she would need a letter from his Vet that it was necessary to be groomed during the pandemic. I went and got her the letter she requested. I made sure to get it to her right away. She told me she would take care of him the beginning of the next week. All was good. Then the excuses started the date kept getting pushed back. We are now 5 weeks later. She text me on a Saturday saying she was feeling great. I followed up with a text to her on Monday simply asking how she was doing and she got downright hateful. She stated she had been in the hospital for 4 days. That's odd because she had text me 2
