Absolutely awful grooming experience. Our mini Goldendoodle was completely shaved down for no reason, leaving him shivering and unable to regulate his body temperature. We brush him regularly and even did so the night before his appointment, so there was no matting to justify this. On top of that, it doesn’t even look like his nails were trimmed. The difference between how he should look and how he came back is shocking. This was careless, unprofessional, and unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Absolutely wonderful! My boys are HUGE and needy. Lexi and all of the others are just fantastic at dealing with my giant sissies. They always look and smell great. I drive over 45 minutes just to keep having my boys be groomed here. I wish I would have found them years sooner and lived much closer. They are worth the drive and I will never go anywhere else or trust anyone else to groom my boys. They love what they do and care about the animals... and it shows!

Mitch, Gigi and I are moving to Tucson, AZ, and the pups needed groomed so that they can be more comfy out there in the heat! They really did a fantastic job on their cuts and they look so very cute. I am disappointed that it was only a one-off appointment since we are moving. I hope I can find someone that does as nice of a job out there! Anyway, I wanted to write this review and include a picture so that people know that this is the place to go! They pampered my babes for a very reasonable price (cheaper than most places), and even put up with Gigi, who is very cute but also a total chatter box! Take your dogs here! I promise they are good.

They treat our Preacher boy like royalty. It is so easy to schedule our appointment for grooming. He looks so handsome.. highly recommended. Stacey and her wonderful staff are so pleasant and treat their furry friends with great care and love!
