Fancy Fur Grooming

Used them for a while now, like some other reviews say they aren't the fastest but they've always done a good job and are very affordable compared to other options. I have 2 small dogs and they've always been fine hanging out with the other dogs there when I come pick them up. Plus sometimes they randomly cleaned one of my dogs ears out without it being mentioned. Overall a good option.

It took 4 hours for a grooming! They said 3 hours and when I went back, all they had done was washed him and let him dry in a cage. By the time I picked my puppy up he was shaking because he was so scared. They had a Rottweiler roaming around and barking at the dogs. It was very unprofessional and I would definitely not recommend going there.

I’m very sad to have to post this, but I feel people need to know. I brought my dog in to get groomed by the lady who owns Fancy Fur but somehow I got her sister and she snipped my Yorkie’s dog ear after snipping it, she’s super glued it and brought the dog back to me. I had to bring her into the vet because her ear was still bleeding and I could not stop it. The lady told me she would cover all the vet expenses and so did the owner. It has been over two months, and I still have not been paid, I’m not asking to be paid for my time. I just want my vet paid for. I have been bringing my dog there for a while thinking they would stand behind it a little bit but I guess not. The vet was very upset that they put super glue on a dogs ear they owe me 300.00. We dropped our dog off at 10am and were told they would call when he was done. 1pm rolled around and nothing, decided to call them and they hadn’t even started working on him! After another couple hours we decided to go there to see what was going on and they had nothing but excuses to why he wasn’t done, not only that but we used to pay $70 and now it was $190! That is insane, just for them to take 7 hours and our dog hadn’t eaten breakfast (he is 15) I am so unbelievably upset with this treatment and mountain of excuses, if they knew any better they would close until they can hire competent staff! Unbelievable just unbelievable.

Does such an awesome job grooming my 3 dogs and they get so happy to see them ..
