Morgan and Heather were amazing. I brought a kitten in that had a fish hook stuck in her leg and paw. I was doing deliveries for the Tarrant County, Food Bank and found this kitten in a neighborhood I was delivering in, the poor dear was crying for help in a creek behind a trailer park. My best friend arrived before I did to let them know what was going on. Everyone acted fast , I placed the kitten into a loving arms, not sure who she was but part of the team at this wonderful vet office, they whisked her away to safety and were able to safely remove the fish hook by clipping it. The doctor visit was $66, the anabiotic‘s was around $36, and the pain medicine I think was $18 or maybe I have those two prices flipped… But either way it was a fantastic first time experience.

I was kind of nervous bringing my 3 month old puppy to a veterinarian. The place was very clean. It had no smell of animals. The staff were very welcoming. They offered coffee while I waited. Lauren is an excellent tech. The vet is very nice. She takes the time to answer any questions that I had. I will definitely continue to bring my puppy there.

Today was my third time visiting them, and I am beyond amazed by their service. Everyone there is so kind and patient. My sister got her pet’s health certification with them a few years ago, and they were so thorough and helpful throughout the process. That’s why I decided to come back and see them for my own pets. Even before I walked in, they saw me carrying the pet carriers and came out to help me bring them inside, both last time and today. I had a lot of questions, and they took the time to answer every single one with patience and care. It’s the small things that really touched my heart, especially the way they interacted with my cats and how gently they handled them. You can tell they truly care about the animals and the people who bring them in. Every visit has been such a positi

I am heartbroken and deeply disappointed by the experience I had with Family Pet Care, a clinic I trusted for over a decade to care for my beloved pets. Recently, my dog passed away, and while losing her was devastating, the lack of compassion and professionalism from this clinic made the situation so much worse. Throughout my dog’s treatment, I received almost no follow-up communication. I had to be the one constantly reaching out—calling, texting, and emailing—just to get updates on her condition. As a long-term client, I expected better. Instead, it became painfully clear that their priority was not my dog’s well-being but how much they could charge me. What broke my heart even more was that they lost my dog’s blanket, the only keepsake I had left of her. This was a personal and irrep

On January 3 I took my dog to this veterinary as an EMERGENCY, and they couldn’t even try to attend her. They asked me to wait an hour to be seen which I replied she is dying on me. I repeated that this was an EMERGENCY and was told to drive another 15 min to an ER. I don’t understand why they couldn’t make an exception or try to save her. She passed on the way to the ER. How is it possible that appointments are more important than an EMERGENCY. They could have done anything or at least try to save her! I hope this never happens to another family, MY HEART IS BROKEN. I don’t recommend this place for any emergency.
