I cannot thank Dr. Ferrera enough for the care she gave my cat Bookie. During a regular visit I mentioned a lump I had noticed without much concern. Dr. Ferrera took it very seriously, her attentiveness led to Bookie getting the surgery she needed quickly. I’m incredibly thankful for how carefully and seriously she handled everything and for performing a successful surgery on Bookie and quickly finding her cancer. I had no doubt when dropping Bookie off for her procedure that she would be in great hands. I also want to recognize the front desk staff, who were always so kind, patient, and supportive. I brought my cat in for an emergency, and since I was by myself, I truly appreciated how supported and cared I was.
