Family Pet Clinic

I've actually used this clinic over several years for puppy vaccinations. Unfortunately this was my first time using them for a sick puppy. I'm not sure if they honestly thought my fur baby would be okay or if they just didn't want to tell me there was nothing they could do. Either way, I was very disappointed in the lack of compassion I received from two Michael's staff members. I originally brought my puppy in this week due to vomiting and loss of appetite. He was prescribed medicine and we were sent back home. Since he could not keep the medicine nor food down and showed no improvements throughout the night, I called back the next morning and spoke with the young lady at the front desk about my concerns. I even asked if I should bring him there or take him to the hospital instead. She n

We just began taking our pets here last year. The staff at Family Pet Clinic really do care about your pets. They love what they’re doing and beyond just money. They have the most affordable prices too. Thank you for what you do and your sincere care for our pets. Please don’t change anything you are doing, because this is what makes you GREAT!!!!!
