Fallston Veterinary Clinic

Fallston veterinary clinic has cared for 2 of my cats. They have been kind, gentle and caring. I've never felt pressured to add expensive treatments, medications or foods. At the end of my companions life, they were so very supportive and sensitive. And gave me so much space. A few weeks later when I brought in my new friend, we were seen in a different exam room on the opposite side of the building.

I honestly cannot say enough positive words about our experience with Fallston Vet. When I first brought Cora in over 4 years ago, Cora was in bad shape. She had just been hospitlized for bloody colitis at the previous vet, and was suffering with seizures and allergies. Dr. Lomax was able to adjust her diet by starting from scratch and we also discontinued the flea & tick medicine which ended her seizures for good and most definitely saved her life. It was a complete 360 from Cora's previous vet who pushed certain products. Dr. Lomax always listens to my concerns (and I usually have quite a few). He is always kind and calm when explaining options or delivering results. He seems to truly care and does not push for unnecessary tests. If I find a new supplement or want to try something new he

Amazing vet! Got my pup in right away when I was looking at the other vets who wouldn’t take her in until a week later since she was a new patient! They were very sweet and patient with her! Gave amazing advice and were very professional! 100% recommend!

I want to thank everyone at Fallston Veterinary Clinic for the incredible kindness and compassion they showed during one of the hardest times of my life. My dog, Sonny, was experiencing seizures, and the staff treated him with such gentleness, patience, and genuine care. They took the time to explain everything to me, made sure Sonny was as comfortable as possible, and supported us through every step. Even though Sonny ultimately passed away, I will always be grateful for the way they helped him and the way they supported me. Fallston Vet — especially Dr. Prange — has been absolutely wonderful. My dog is reactive and dislikes being handled by strangers, yet he also struggles with ongoing gastrointestinal issues that require frequent vet visits. Dr. Prange, Keeley, and the entire Fallston Vet team have shown incredible patience, taking the time to build his trust and make each visit as stress-free as possible. They go above and beyond to ensure not only my dog’s comfort, but mine as well. Dr. Prange has spent countless hours helping us get to the root of his GI issues, and her dedication has been amazing.
