Falls Village Veterinary Hospital

I chose Falls Village Vet for my elderly yellow lab because we were new to Raleigh, and it was close to my kids' school. Fortunately, I found a caring, professional rock-star team that really listened, was very kind, and never pressured us into services. Although they might be busy because they are so popular, they are definitely worth the wait.

Recently moved to Raleigh and was weary of switching vets. I saw several raving reviews for Falls Village and decided to give them a call as I considered switching to this practice. The receptionist I spoke with was incredible- she took the time to answer the many questions I had, shared the company's mission and their strive for excellence, and assured me this is a wonderful practice who goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care. They were able to schedule me quickly for our first vet. It's a great feeling to already be impressed. Looking forward to getting established with this clinic :) Thank you Falls Village!

We love Falls Village so much! Our dog Richard is quite difficult during his appointments and they have always been incredibly patient with us and him and have never made us feel embarrassed or inconvenient. The front desk staff are also incredibly kind and are super knowledgeable. There have been many times where I call them with a question and they will spend time with you talking through it with such a great attitude. We moved about 30 minutes from Falls Village but we still make the trip because they are worth it!!

We have brought our dog to this practice for several years. Our experience here has always been a positive one. The front desk has always been friendly and helpful. I love Dr. Brink and Dr Zlotnick. We were able to find a medication that helps our pet after trying various other medications. I recently had the prescription refilled in office. After I picked up the prescription, I called another pharmacy to see how much the same dosage and quantity would cost there. I was blown off when they told me the price. It was LESS THAN HALF of what I had just paid. I was expecting $20, which I would have been okay with. I probably would have been okay with $30, but more than 50% more left me speechless. Just a word to the wise, check with other pharmacies before having your prescription filled her
