Falls Vet Care

Scott has been our DVM since I’ve lived in Troy, and that’s been 20 years. He’s everything that you want for your pet’s health, well being and longevity.

We absolutely love Dr. Falls. He is so kind caring and knowledgeable. We have been trusting him with our pets since 2012 and we will continue to see him until he retires. Having a doctor who is not only knowledgeable but also so loving is so incredibly important to us. I feel safe leaving my pets in his care.

I brought my pets to Falls about a year. I'm here to share my experience. I first brought my 6 month old cat there after he cut himself opened pretty good. He had been fixed earlier at a different faciliy. Dr Falls stitched him up. We came back when told to come and remove the stitches. She takes him back, give him back to me, we go home. I look at him, stitches still in... Call, she say she thought she was to just look at him where he was fixed. Umm...?? Bring him back, remove stitches. Side note, it's about a 15 drive there for me. Fast forward 6 months. When my cat can't go to the bathroom and getting upset. I call, she says sounds like he impacted. I take him there. Falls barely looks and say yes he impacted. Took very good care of my cat, very nice, calm, friendly and had options ready to align with financial needs. Dr. Falls even took time to follow up with a phone call!

I recently moved to this area and after being turned away from other vets in the areaI was able to get my kitty "Smalls" in this morning right away sadly to be put down. The staff was very compassionate as was Dr. Falls was so nice and so "feeling" I will be using this clinic from now on. Rest in Peace Smalls.♡♡♡
