Called about some tanks I can buy from her for my hamster, immediately was hit with a nasty “that’s very bad for hamsters and no mammals should be kept in tanks” didn’t even hear my reasoning. If she cared about hamsters she would know keeping a hamster in a cage like Petsmart cages or cages with BARS is terrible for them especially their teeth. I keep my hamsters in huge environments (tanks), with proper care. She wouldn’t even sell it to me and wouldn’t even let me explain it to her. Take time to look up proper hamster cages lady and google glass hamster cages not those terrible BAR cages. I was highly offended as a hamster owner of over 10 years! My hamsters are always well taken care of. I bet she doesn’t take good care of hamsters if she receives them. What a shame.

I met the beautiful lady Shirley today and she took in my guinea pigs as I couldn’t keep them any longer. She seen I was sad and gave me a hug, the lady is truly a God sent to care for so many animals, we talked fir a while and she showed me around and it was nice for what’s she’s been doing for over 35 years to protect animals. She was so wonderful, I had my bird for almost 7 years, it was hard for me to let him go, but she made it, just seeing her compassion she showed us. Thank you

She has a wonderful piece of land that she’s transformed into good size homes for animals in need of somewhere to go. I can tell she has a lovely heart and she takes care of all the critters. I came across her as I was searching online for a place to rehome my guinea pig and I got the opportunity to reach out to her and she was able to take him in. When I arrived and she guided me through her stunning property to the piggies area, I saw so many happy critters with a loving woman taking care of them. Thank you so much for not only taking my piggie in but all the animals in the past and the future. You are amazing!

I had found a guinea pig walking alongside of the road pregnant and dehydrated I rescued her had no idea what to do with this fat pregnant abandoned guinea pig and this wonderful woman helped take her. thank you
