Dr. Saffire and staff were amazing. This was one of the best vet visits I've ever had. Everyone was friendly and patient with my nervous cat. Choose your pet care at faithful friends. The staff is gentle, efficient and kind. Going to the vet is an uncomfortable place to be most of the time for you and your pet. Faithful Friends not only recognizes that, they lean into it in my opinion. This starts at the front desk (Ashley specifically was efficient, kind, and a 10/10 human) The staff and vets alleviated the anxious discomfort by slowing everything down when discussing treatment plans. I felt like I understood what was causing our dog Marley distress and WHY they choose to do that. It eased my anxiety and empowered me to be a better pet owner to handle anything from her ear infections, to her more complex old womanisms.
