Exceptional customer service during one of the hardest times our family has faced. Every aspect was above and beyond from the initial call, to same day in-home pickup within 2 hours, to the wonderful employees supporting us in making sure our beloved Leon was honored and taken great care of. The delivery was the cherry on top, which is also a very quick turnaround process overall with the items for our boy. The prints and other things are perfect for keepsakes and gifts to the family. I just wanted to say how very thankful I am to Faithful companion. This is the second time we have used their services. Our sweet Chihuahua Tinky was terminal with cancer. We chose to have a home euthanasia. Alex arrived about an hour afterward to get Tinky. He was very professional and gentle with our girl. Faithful companion had her back home to us in 24 hours. Deashaun who brought her back was very friendly and gave his condolences. What sets Faithful companion apart from other crematoriums is my sweet baby didn't have to set in a freezer for days. Also the two gentlemen and whomever I spoke to on the phone referred to Tinky by her name. I definitely recommend Faithful Companion, they will be the only one we use in the future.

My baby’s urn and paw print made me weep, they’re beautiful. I can tell they took great care of my sweet angel. The person that helped me when I went to pick her up was so kind and their dog Trinity really helped me feel calmer. The only reason they’re 4 and not 5 is because although these reviews say they’re great at communicating they were not with me. I had to call and confirm they received her body, then heard nothing about her cremation or delivery

My husband and I want to thank you for making one of the hardest days we have ever had thus far a little bit easier. Having to say goodbye to our precious Patsy Marie was so hard, and having her back home with us within 24 hours was just amazing!! Thank you to the person that brought Patsy Marie home. They were so kind and compassionate. I’m sorry I can’t remember your name I was just distraught and sad. We are so grateful for a place like this that cares about our babies as much as we do. I literally cannot say thank you enough and enough wonderful things about Faithful Companion. They are amazing. So compassionate from my first interaction to the last, and we had our Sophie’s ashes back within 24 hours! That was insane to me. Amazing people, fantastic services, and extremely reasonable prices for all they do!! Thank you so much! We are extremely grateful! EDIT** Never did I think that I would need Faithful Companion’s services so soon again, but we unexpectedly had to euthanize our last baby only 2 weeks after we said goodbye to Sophie. I am grateful that the hospital worked with Faithful Companion, so kind. I just couldn’t even get out the words when they called to set up delivery. Thank you so much again. ❤️
