I tried scheduling an appointment for my cat, who is sneezing bloody mucus and has a cough, and I got turned away twice due to being "unable to take a cat for over a week." I called the next week and continued to get the same response. I was told to call around elsewhere. Now I have to travel 2 hours for an exam. The lady answering the phone was rude and sounded annoyed at my concern regarding my cat. I called Oahe Vet Services in Mobridge SD, and the lady was the complete opposite in terms of customer service. Instead of traveling 20 miles, I have to travel 120. It’s a shame I can’t receive quality veterinary services closer to home. I am understanding of the scheduling conflicts but not the rude behavior.

I am so appreciative of the care this office provides! The staff and Dr Tammy are so knowledgeable re: the needs of an aging but healthy dog. She is enjoying her walks, car trips and baths so much more now that she has relief from moderate arthritis. I have improved her diet with the info they have given me. Very glad they are here!

"Get it done" veterinary services. Called about spaying my cat, appt was offered, took it, they called two days before to confirm appt., arrived on appt, and got our cat fixed and vaccinated. Straight forward service.

The Lemmon Made Butcher Shop has good meat, I have ate a lot of there meat, jerky, snack sticks+ & is very good. I recamand it. Very good all around.

Called and was told I needed an appt and so a female made me a appt the same day at 4:45pm, I got there with my grandsons injured Siamese cat "Daisy" she was in pain, After being ignored, finally a woman came from somewhere and she was trying to help ppl that came in after me, so just waited, finally she came over and told her I had an appointment and without looking she told me there was no appointment and besides Doctors sick and was so sure I never called or made an appointment! Okay! I wasn't going to argue or be upset, told them I'll go somewhere else... This town is known for being consumed with this horrific monster and it's still there alive and well! No professionalism!
