I had an amazing experience with Dr. Ziegler. He was so kind, gentle, and patient with my dogs, Honey and Sugar Pie. He explained the whole treatment clearly, made sure I understood everything, and treated my pets with so much care and respect. When Honey got sick in the room, he even cleaned it up himself without hesitation. That small act said so much about his compassion and professionalism. He made eye contact, was polite, and genuinely cared about their comfort the entire time. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable and so kind. My dogs felt safe with him, and so did I. I’d recommend Dr. Ziegler and his team to absolutely everyone. Truly a one-of-a-kind vet! 🐾❤️

The vet, Dr Ziegler was unprofessional and disrespectful- my last experience being there, my parents had decided to put our dog down. due to health issues. Dr Ziegler came into the room with a MUZZLE… and talked directly to my 15/ 16 year old dog. saying a snarky comment like “hopefully I won’t be needing this.” (the muzzle) and was holding it up. I said, “you won’t be needing that“ Then disregarding what I said- he proceeded to explain what will happen after he does the shot -saying it will take up to 30 seconds for my dog to pass and he will tell us when the heart beat stops. That is not what happened. My dog fell asleep instantly after and snored for at least 5 minutes straight. While my family and I are all in this small room watching this happen. This is the only vet I will take any of my pets too. Dr. Ziegler and his team have been nothing but amazing and professional every time we’ve been there. They’ve helped through emergencies and when we’ve had to say goodbye to anyone they’ve always been respectful and given us as much time as needed. Truly an amazing place with an amazing group of people. I can’t speak highly enough of them.

Five stars for attentive and caring boarding of my cat. I’ve been boarding my cat at FVH Animal Clinic for several years and I’ve always been happy with the care. FVH Animal Clinic is a clean and organized boarding facility. and I like the fact that there is a vet around in case of a health issue. The staff is super nice. I feel that my cat is safe and happy here.
