Express Pet Wash

I think that this is a great idea; however, the 20 minute time limit ruined the experience. I have a golden retriever so it takes time to bathe and dry her. I started having to rush as I was soaping her up. I didn’t have time to condition her or use the deodorizer and only had time to get her about 30% dry. I called the number on the wall to express my frustration and they said they also had a big dog and usually had to buy 20 more minutes. This would end up being $30 for a bath I had to give myself. Comparing this to tractor supply which charges $10 to use their tubs, shampoos, towels, brushes, and dryers and has no time limit I don’t think that I will be going back. I think that it has the potential to be a great thing if the time limit is either removed or lengthened.
