This is the most amazing, most competent vet I have ever been to. They saved my rabbit. Dr. Stern performed surgery after he was diagnosed with liver lobe torsion. The pre-op and post-op care he received from the doctors and technicians was 10/10. They kept me up to date whenever there was news on his condition, they allowed me to visit him, and their prices are great, especially considering the outstanding standard of care. They answered all of my many questions enthusiastically and gave me detailed instructions for his care at home. Their space is very clean, the staff are knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. They offer emergency, urgent, and non-urgent care. I strongly recommend this vet!

The entire team at the Exotic Pet Clinic demonstrates the highest level of professionalism and compassion. They treat every animal with genuine love and care, and I fully trust them with my pet bunny. Dr. Stern , Lisa, Nikki, Mike, Amber and every staff member I’ve encountered have been incredibly kind and supportive, especially during stressful moments in my bunny’s treatment. Their reassurance and care made a difficult process much easier, and I would highly recommend them to all exotic pet owners.

Couple weeks ago I brought in my chameleon Luffy due to left eye issues. Luffy eats, sleeps, no sickness and did everything normal but just his left eye was bothering him which slowly led to a large bump on his eye. Soon his eye had a goo look inside with the large bump. He had been seeing another clinic for couple months on different treaments before I took him to Exotic Pet clinic. That clinic did everything they can with no progress and told me that he was going to loose his eye. At that point, i looked up Exotic Pet clinic and booked the soonest appointment to look at another opinion. They managed to flush out this large build up deep inside the eye. I couldn't been more grateful for their service. They were all so nice, genuine and handled my pet with upmost care. If thats not enough

They send you the information you need to fill out through email so you don’t have to do it when you get there. Quick and easy check in process. Nothing but good things to say about this team. Everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful. My lovely baby Matcha needed antibiotics and for his first dose, they demonstrated how to do it so I can do it at home while also giving me the suggestion to go back to them so they could do it for me if I wasn’t comfortable doing it myself. Highly recommend this clinic!

The staff were very friendly and Dr. Sterns was knowledgeable. We were able to have a conversation rather than just be told what to do, when to do it, how to do it. It's so refreshing! EVERYONE was great and it was nice not worrying about my pet while I'm away. I didn't question her safety or comfort. I saw how she was handled by staff before leaving.
